Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Harris Data & AI Training. By completing your payment and scheduling a course, you (the "Learner") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are issued strictly based on the timeframe prior to the scheduled course start time:

  • More than 48 hours before the course: Cancellations made will receive a 50% refund of the total fee paid.

  • Within 48 hours of the course: All payments made are final. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend the course (no-shows), are strictly non-refundable.

  • 2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Learners may request to reschedule their course up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled course start time.

  • All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email.

  • Please Note: While we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, future availability of any course is not guaranteed. Courses are subject to scheduling capacity and curriculum updates. If a course cannot be rescheduled due to availability, the standard Cancellation Policy (Section 1) will apply. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be honored.

  • In the rare event that Harris Data & AI Training must cancel a course due to instructor illness or unforeseen emergencies, learners will be offered a full refund or a guaranteed reschedule slot.

3. Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Recording Restrictions

  • To protect the privacy of both our instructors and participating learners, as well as the proprietary nature of our training:

  • No Recording by Host: Harris Data & AI Training will never record live courses.

  • No Recording by Learner: You explicitly agree not to record (audio, video, or screenshots) any part of the course session.

  • Distribution Prohibition: All course materials, presentations, datasets, code snippets, and spoken content provided during the training are the exclusive intellectual property of Harris Data & AI Training. You agree not to distribute, share, copy, or resell these materials to any third party.

4. Technical Requirements & Learner Responsibility

  • Learners are solely responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, compatible hardware, and the necessary software/tools installed prior to the start of the course (as detailed in the course description).

  • Harris Data & AI Training is not responsible for time lost or an inability to participate due to the learner’s technical issues, local internet outages, or software incompatibility. No refunds or partial credits will be issued in these instances.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Harris Data & AI Training is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and collaborative learning environment.

  • Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, defamatory, or harassing by the instructor will result in the immediate removal of the learner from the course. In the event of removal for conduct violations, no refund will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The training and materials provided are for educational purposes only. Harris Data & AI Training makes no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or exact performance metrics resulting from taking the course.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harris Data & AI Training’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the course shall not exceed the total amount paid by the learner for that specific course.

7. Changes to Terms and Services

  • Harris Data & AI Training reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the date the changes are posted.

  • By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
